This is how to make the perfect waffle:
250g flour, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 pk vanilla sugar, 1 pk baking powder, 3 separate eggs, 125g melted butter, 300ml milk, rum flavouring and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients well and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. Then pour the batter into the waffle iron in batches, set the desired temperature and bake as required.
